Frequently asked questions
- How much does corporate training cost in Singapore?
- Based on the government's own MySkillsFuture course directory, median full course fees run about S$940 for leadership, S$1,000 for sales, S$1,274 for communication skills, S$1,258 for HR and S$1,944 for compliance. Workplace Safety and Health courses are much cheaper at a median of about S$250, because they are typically short mandatory certificate courses rather than multi-day programmes. Subsidies often cut these figures by half or more.
- Is corporate training claimable under SkillsFuture?
- Many courses are. Individuals can use SkillsFuture Credit on eligible courses, and employers can use the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to offset up to 90% of out-of-pocket costs on supported programmes. Eligibility is set per course, not per provider, so always confirm a specific course's funding status before enrolling.
- What is the SFEC deadline?
- The current SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit expires on 30 November 2026. Importantly, the course run must be completed on or before that date — not merely booked. A redesigned SFEC with a fresh S$10,000 credit launches on 1 December 2026.
- How long does a typical corporate training course run?
- Most courses in the government directory run 16 to 22 hours, which is commonly delivered as two or three days. Workplace Safety and Health certificate courses are usually shorter, around 16 hours.
- How does CorpTrainingSG work, and what does it cost?
- You tell us what training you need and we match your request to suitable Singapore training providers, who contact you directly with quotes. It is free for companies requesting quotes — providers pay us, you never do. Providers own the client relationship, delivery and invoicing.
- Are the providers accredited?
- We record accreditation from official sources and show where each signal came from. Providers on the WSH Council's bizSAFE approved list are flagged as such, and we cross-check providers against SkillsFuture Singapore's published course directory to confirm registration. Where a claim is self-reported rather than verified against government data, we say so.
